Our mind is one with Jesus Christ, the Buddhas, and the sages of all ages, stretching through time and into eternity. All is one: mind, will, and love, united in the eternal whole.

Meditation centers the One, supremely fixed in the eternal present, beneath all thoughts and forms. Stillness becomes both the seeker and the sought. Thoughts are surrendered, and inspiration, like a quiet stream, will lead you onward.

The mind is an ocean of love

Thoughts and bodies rise and fall like waves. Be still, the ocean beneath the waves.

Meditation is a wonderful way to transcend your thoughts and find freedom. Freedom of mind is attained when we relinquish the thought-form associations with ourself. You are neither your thoughts nor the thinker of them but the Mind wherein they arise. Cease grasping them and your Mind will be set free.

The natural state of our being is spirit. Our spirit is the polar opposite of our bodies, yet our bodies can serve the function of extending and communicating the divine wisdom we discover within our mind. Our seemingly separate mind can reach out and join the minds of others because we all share one mind. In truth, our mind is one. It becomes filled with light and beauty as we share our radiance with our surroundings by embracing the entirety of our experience, from the human to the divine.

Judgment of the present is all that stands in our way of receiving release and joyful liberation from limitations. The past prevents the present from revealing our perfection beyond the self-concepts we hold of ourselves and others. We all share one Self in mind and spirit, completely free of any thoughts of separation or judgment.

Like the sky clear of clouds, your Mind is limitless when free from thoughts. The Mind is the treasure we seek and the key to our healing and happiness. It has the power to solve all our problems by its inspiration and love. As we go beyond all concepts and release the past, all concerns disappear in the boundless present.
